Tail a hyperpipe at a hypername
Usage: hypertail <topic> <key> [options]
Example:
$ hypername init startup.world <key>
$ hypername sync startup.world
$ hypername list startup.world
$ hypertail startup.world production.log
All options are passed to hyperpipe.
