Prerequisites

provision a VM for one of our supported platforms.
ensure that npm and Node.js 0.10.x are installed:
- https://github.com/joyent/node/wiki/installing-node.js-via-package-manager
upgrade npm to 2.x.x on the VM you have provisioned:
- sudo npm install npm -g
npm On-Site must be installed from an account that has passwordless sudo:
- as part of the installation process npm On-Site creates the npme user.

Installing

npm install npmoc

Updating

npm install npmoc
npme update
